The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Modification - Bend Time

So, I decided to continue updating my older modifications for Skyrim. I wanted to update one of the most popular mods that I have created, Master The Space-Time Continuum. I changed the name to Bend Time. It fits a little bit better, or at least I think so. Here is a video.
